Yelp says you offer Dry Cleaning. Why does your website not mention that service?

Yelp groups both Dry Cleaners and Laundromats together and they have been unwilling to separate them. When you find us on Yelp, you will by default see us listed in that category despite us only offering Laundromat services. If this is a service that you would like to see us provide, please send us feedback.

Do I need to be home when you drop off/pick up the laundry?

No, you can place all of your laundry in plastic bags or hampers and we’ll remove it that way. If no one is home during delivery, we’ll leave it in the same place we picked it up from.

Can I separate my clothes according to my family members and have you process each bag individually?

Yes, we’re glad to process each group by itself for a $1 processing fee which covers the extra water and soaps involved for separate loads of laundry.

Do you mix other people orders in the same washing machine as my clothes?

No, we never mix separate orders together like some other stores do. Your clothes will only be washed and dried by themselves.

What areas do you service?

We serve the East bay area covering Concord, Bay Point, and Pittsburg and going eastbound on highway 4 into Antioch, Oakley, and Bethel Island before going south into Brentwood and Discovery Bay.

Can I pay the driver with cash?

Our drivers do not accept payments or cash. Everything is set up ahead of time with a credit card making it safer and faster for everyone.

Do you offer those scented beads that smell so great?

Yes, we’re pleased to introduce “Downy Unstoppables” to this year’s lineup. They are popular and make your laundry smell extra fresh for days afterwards.

How long does it take to get my clothes back?

Usually we’ll deliver them back within 24hrs. You can always track your clothing online as well.

Do you do commercial work?

Yes, we’re happy to provide commercial services however we do not offer invoicing at this time. We have many happy customers that use our services today.

How much does it cost to use your services?

We don’t charge any more than as if you dropped it off at our store. Our rates are based off poundage of clothing. A typical load of clothes is 10-12 lbs. equaling about $15-$18.

Do you have a minimum amount that you require?

Yes, we have a $25 order minimum for Free Pick up & Delivery.

What if I need it done today and can’t wait for tomorrow?

Call our store immediately to see if we can accommodate your special request. Usually orders require 24-48hrs turnaround but we’ve been known to make magic happen.
